Defective/Damaged
Items - It is your responsibility to thoroughly
inspect the item for any defects or damages caused during
shipping. You have 3 business days, from the day you
receive your order, to contact our Customer Service
Department by phone or by email to make arrangements
and we will be more than happy to exchange the item
for you.*
Cancellations - You have until shipment
confirmation to cancel your order or purchase. Once
the shipment has been confirmed, the cancellation will
be treated as a return. All cancelled transactions with
credit card purchases may be assessed additional fees,
if the credit card company has a fee associated with
reversing charges.*
Returns - ifootrub offers a 30-day
satisfaction guarantee; if for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of receipt,
we will gladly arrange for a refund. The item must be
in transit within the 30 day time period referenced
above. Because ifootrub offer free shipping to all customers,
in the case of a return of the merchandise, your full
refund will be the invoice price less the fees associated
with the delivery and the return of the item.*
*All returns/exchange/cancellation items are subject
to inspection by ifootrub to ensure that the items are
in its original, “new” condition and the
defective/damages items, are not due to misuse or unauthorized
alterations. All exchange/refunds are limited to one
per customer. All items must be in its original packaging
with the manual and all accessories. All items shipped
back to us must have an authorization code to be accepted
by our receiving department. You may contact our Customer

code. ifootrub reserve the right to change this Return
